ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRES A DEPOSIT !!!

Deposit is due before your appointment can be booked. DEPOSIT IS DEDUCTED from your total. Please kindly bring balance in CASH. POS charges additional 4% of total. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. This also applies to any cancellations.

Please kindly include REAL TELEPHONE number with your appointment. Text confirmation is sent out a day before to confirm appointment, it makes it easier to text and communicate with you. LIFE CAN BE BUSY.

YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN HAIR OR USE MINE FOR A FEE. PLEASE STATE THIS IN YOUR BOOKING NOTES. IF USING YOUR OWN HAIR, PLEASE BRING ENOUGH HAIR. IF USING CROCHET, PLEASE BRING MORE THAN ENOUGH, IF HAIR IS NOT ENOUGH, I WILL CHARGE $50 MORE IN ADDITION TO YOUR TOTAL TO COME BACK AND GET IT DONE. DEPOSIT CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED. I WILL ISSUE A REFUND IF I CANCEL AND WILL RESCHEDULE IF YOU CANCEL. IT’S NOT REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL.

Please QUEEN, come with clean hair !!!! Properly Blown out !!! NO LEAVE IN CONDITIONER AND NO OILS. I have oil and you can also bring yours along for me to apply.

Late and or NO SHOW policy! 

All clients are asked to please be on time for your scheduled appointment ! 
There is a 10 min grace period.

Meaning:

If your appointment is 9:am, I will wait for an additional 10mins. Anything after that will require a $10 LATE FEE WHICH IS ADDED TO THE TOTAL. I UNDERSTAND LIFE CAN BE BUSY. PLEASE CALL OT TEXT AHEAD. COMMUNICATION!!!!

Age Restrictions:

•Children must be 5 years of age to receive service. If younger, please call before making an appointment . Kids prices only apply to ages 5-9 years old. If a minor is being serviced, an adult must be accompany during full service. No exceptions.

House of SIFNOD reserves the right to refuse service if will your child is uncooperative.

URGENCY, I can squeeze you in if appointments are available for an extra $20 which is added to deposit.

ADULTS ARE $20
